Winterfrost is a horse safe-haven owned and run by Regan Miles. Ride a Rescue is a program that she started for her rescue horses. It is trail rides on our rescue horses that have been nurtured back to health. This program is designed to be a great community activity that is fun and helpful at the same time. Not only do you get to go out on trail rides, your trail ride will give a horse that once had no future, a future and a job. Regan's horses will be at the Pumpkin Festival every weekend! Come say hello and take a ride for a good cause.
. . .and the goblins will get you if you don’t watch out in the
Corn Maze “After Dark”
Some say ghosts and goblins linger among the corn stalks around Halloween and some say you can see them only in the moonlight. But if you listen closely, the wispy crackling sounds you hear are more than just the wind blowing through the corn maze. If you are brave enough to enter the maze after dark, you must bring a flash light to light up your path. You may not want to go alone so come in groups of 10 or more and huddle close or the goblins will get you if you don’t watch out!
The corn maze is open after dark on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Show your student id and get $1.00 off each (for groups of 10 or more). Regular price $6.00 and kids under 5 free. Click here for the corn maze rules. *Don’t forget your flashlight for the corn maze after 6 PM! Visit the Cottage Shoppe for your corn maze tickets from 5 - 8pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
